Q What do I require to use your service?
A You will need is a Spanish landline (normal telephone line) provided by Telefónica de España.

Q. Do have to change my telephone number in Spain when I sign up for Low Cost Calls In Spain?
A. No, your current Spanish phone number and equipment remains the same.

A.  No problem. We can activate our low-cost calls service on as many phone lines as required

Q. how much do you charge for national and international phone calls?
A All our rates for our low-cost national and international phone calls in Spain are clearly shown on our web page. These rates apply 24/7, so you can phone at reduced rates whenever you like, without worrying about peak hours.

Q Will all my phone calls be low rate?
A. Any calls that cannot be made through our system, (namely national ‘special’ rate non-geographic numbers beginning with 90x and 80x) will automatically go through Telefónica and will be billed directly by them.

Q. How are phone calls charged?
A. Calls are charged per second. There is no connection fee.

Q. Do I have to dial a special prefix every time I want to make a low-cost call?
A. Yes you have to dial 107075    prefix.
By applying for the free Pre-Selection of your Spanish telephone line. Of course, you will have to use the prefix while your Pre-Selection application is being processed (usually around 3 - 4 weeks).

Q. What is Pre-Selection?
A. Pre-Selection is a FREE service where we ask Telefónica to automatically assign your phone calls to us without you having to dial the prefix every time.
If you are in doubt as to whether your phone line is Pre-Selected, it is highly advisable that you contact us on 902 907 910
Activating Pre-Selection usually takes around 15-20 days, during which time you will be required to dial a prefix before the number you want to dial.
